Rebranding Verbal Identity Visual Identity Website
Promocast, a renowned event agency with years of experience, faced a pivotal moment of business transformation. To enhance their market position and clearly define their professional focus, they opted for a strategic rebranding. This project unveils how Ageo was born – a modern brand that combines expertise, creativity, and adaptability in creating unforgettable events.

Strategic Approach and Market Analysis
The client approached us with a clear understanding that it was time for a significant business transformation. Analyzing their current service portfolio and client structure, they realized that certain services were operationally burdensome and hindered their growth. At the same time, there was a notable increase in demand for event management services, where they had already established strong expertise and market presence.
It became evident that the name “Promocast” no longer reflected the breadth and sophistication of their true capabilities. As specialists in complex, customized events, they wanted to move away from being perceived as a traditional promotional agency and position themselves as leading providers of comprehensive event management services.
Rebranding offered an opportunity to redefine brand perception through a modern, agile identity that communicates adaptability and a broad range of services, including product promotions, hostess engagement, event organization, and custom prop creation.

Verbal Identity
The name “Agéo” comes from the Greek word meaning “to lead.” The idea behind the name is that an event manager must lead every detail of an event’s organization – from technical support and logistics to performers and production. Ageo symbolizes the agency’s essential role in providing leadership and support to clients, ensuring the successful execution of every event. To complement the name, a modular slogan “Lasting impression. Remembered forever.” was created, allowing communication flexibility for various project types. The first part of the slogan can be tailored to a specific event, highlighting its character and significance. For example: “Inventive conference. Remembered forever.”, “Fierce party. Remembered forever.” This modularity enables the brand to personalize its communication for each project while maintaining a consistent message – creating events that leave a lasting impression and are remembered forever.

Visual Identity
The visual identity was designed to reflect professionalism, simplicity, and adaptability – the brand’s core values. The main color palette is based on a black-and-white combination. Black symbolizes elegance, stability, and professionalism, while white emphasizes transparency and a client-focused approach, providing a minimalist foundation for all visual communications. The typography is inspired by the visual metaphor of a chameleon’s tail, whose shape and functionality symbolize adaptability – a crucial trait for success in event organization. The chosen typography features clean and geometric lines, visually communicating precision, structure, and stability. The visual identity was designed with flexibility in mind, allowing easy adaptation to different applications and platforms.
Website
The website was built on the WordPress platform, emphasizing showcasing the most exciting projects and services. The design features a modern aesthetic and functionality, enabling clients to browse the agency’s offerings quickly and intuitively.
Results
The minimalist black-and-white design allows projects to tell their own stories while redefining the business with every new event. The communication clearly highlights their achievements, inspiring future clients and opening opportunities for new collaborations. Ageo’s branding has been consistently implemented across the website and social media platforms, ensuring a strong and recognizable presence across all channels.
