Rebranding Verbal Identity Visual Identity Website

Kristina Ukalović is a name synonymous with expertise, consistency, and innovation in the world of cosmetology. As the founder and face of Kris Derma, she has built a strong reputation over the years through dedicated work with clients, colleagues, and industry partners. We have had a long-standing collaboration with Kristina through the REVIDERM brand, for which Kris Derma is the exclusive distributor on the Croatian market. However, Kris Derma has grown beyond distribution alone – it has evolved as an extension of Kristina’s expertise, encompassing cosmetology, consulting, and the development of innovative technologies. This organic growth laid the foundation for a new, layered identity, carefully shaped through a strategic rebranding process.

Strategic Approach & Market Analysis

The core of the rebranding process was identifying all key areas in which Kris Derma operates today. Rather than building a separate brand around Kristina as a beauty consultant, we chose to unify her diverse expertise within a single cohesive system. Kristina is now much more than a distributor – she is a consultant, educator, mentor, and innovator. Given the strong link with REVIDERM centers, it was essential to clearly separate B2B and B2C communications, allowing for a more defined digital presence for both brands. REVIDERM HR now acts as the B2C authority, while Kris Derma has been positioned as the main point of contact for partners and professionals, establishing a clear and effective communication structure.

Verbal Identity

The rebranding was defined through three core sections that encompass everything Kris Derma represents today. Kris Derma Beauty Consulting, under the message The business side of beauty, includes Kristina’s coaching, mentoring, and strategic development of centers – positioning her as a key partner in growing beauty businesses. Kris Derma Technology, with the slogan Beauty-Inspired Innovation, covers REVIDERM technology distribution, the development of proprietary devices, and education through the brand’s academy – offering technologically advanced tools built on deep industry knowledge. Kris Derma Cosmetology, aligned with the message The art of personalized care, delivers treatments designed and refined by Kristina Ukalović, grounded in her hands-on practice and individualized client approach. All three segments are brought together under the umbrella slogan Beauty in the hands of experts, reflecting the brand’s core values: expertise, trust, and precision.

Visual Identity

The visual system is built around a unique KD monogram, mirrored to form a stylized ‘&’ symbol “&” – representing connection and exchange. This emblem embodies the synergy between Kris Derma and its partners, REVIDERM and its network, education and technology. Elegantly and minimally designed, the logo is easily adaptable across all platforms and formats. The visual identity is further enriched by subtle textures and personalized seals for each brand section, distinguished by a clear color palette: blue (technology), pink (cosmetology), and beige (consulting). The visual language is complemented by light, refined photography that emphasizes clinical clarity and modern aesthetics, positioning Kris Derma as a professional, technology-forward brand.

The new website presents a clearly structured overview of all brand segments, allowing users – whether they are at the start of their careers or seeking further professional growth – to easily access information on technologies, treatments, and education. With a strong focus on Kristina’s consulting and mentoring services, the site functions as a central hub for information, connection, and development.

The rebranding has resulted in a brand that communicates clearly and consistently across all target audiences. Collaboration with existing partners has been streamlined, acquisition of new ones improved, and a transparent communication structure established within the industry. Kris Derma is now positioned as a hub of knowledge and support – a strategic reference point for professionals in cosmetology and beauty technology – recognizable, reliable, and ready for continued growth.
